The role in a nutshell 

CitySwift are growing and are seeking a passionate and driven TA Specialist who will help accelerate our growth plans. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in the successful growth and ongoing performance of CitySwift. This position will add value by sourcing and engaging the best talent in the market  to support the scaling of our business at speed with quality hiring outcomes. Leveraging a combination of direct to market strategies to attract and source talent, the Talent Acquisition Advisor will provide support to the Head of People and Leadership team to help build a high performing, highly engaged and culturally aligned workforce of new talent. 


Responsibilities

  • Developing business relationships, networks and communities with Technical and Commercial talent who have the potential to join CitySwift
  • Identification and execution of appropriate talent acquisition activities to source & attract suitably qualified candidates.
  • Sourcing of talent through strategic online recruitment platforms, social media campaigning, strategic web-based advertising, third level colleges and our internal database. 
  • Helping position the company as an employer of choice in the local market through professionalism of approach in candidate management, messaging and process
  • Management of candidate applications and experience through our ATS
  • Liaise with HR & internal Site Managers to coordinate the hiring processes
  • Identify  pro-active methods of Talent Acquisition and continuously seek for new ways to enhance the candidate experience 
  • Manage post interview evaluations with Hiring  Managers and providing  interview feedback to unsuccessful candidates as requested. 
  • Follow up on employment references for new starters
  • Support the on-boarding of new hires in conjunction with HR & Hiring Managers
  • Follow up on employment references for new starters
  • Ensure relevant paperwork is completed for new starters and internal progression



What you bring  

  • 1+ years’ in-house recruitment experience,  ideally in the software or technology industries.
  • knowledge of the local & European employment market, market conditions and competitive sourcing strategies 
  •  Highly tuned consulting and engagement skills  
  •  Demonstrated experience in delivering quality high volume recruitment outcomes in a fast paced project driven environment
  • ·The ability to work at speed with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • A solid understanding of technology including ATS and candidate tracking systems 
  • The ability to communicate clearly and with confidence (both verbally and in writing) to all stakeholders (internal and external). 
  • Resilience, tenacity, and the ability to perform calmly and effectively under pressure.
  • Attention to detail, strict confidentiality, discretion and integrity.
